The Service is operated by Smartprofit Finder AG, an independent portfolio manager authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and supervised by AOOS, in connection with its portfolio management and investment advisory services.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid client account with Smartprofit Finder AG to access the secure client area of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us without delay if you become aware of any unauthorised access.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Information made available through this website is provided for general information only. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written asset management or investment advisory agreement, it does not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Investment values can fall as well as rise.

Fees for our portfolio management and investment advisory services are set out in the relevant client agreement. Access to and use of this website is provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the secure client area where required for security, legal or regulatory reasons, or in accordance with your client agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Swiss law or under your client agreement.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
